I have 20 years of experience as a practitioner with the Agile Mindset in various roles like Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Project Manager. I enjoy supporting small and large teams to successfully embrace and practice applicable Lean/Agile/Hybrid development and operating frameworks, empowering them to overcome obstacles and challenges to gaining agility and delivering valued business outcomes. Through a catalytic curiosity to understand organizational “as-is” states and desired “to-be” states I utilize user centered design and voice of pragmatism coaching to facilitate a journey in continuous transformation and value delivery.
