I am a lifelong gamer and have made it my mission to make gaming and entertainment experiences safer, more accessible, and more meaningful for everyone – players and production alike – from all walks of life, backgrounds, skill level, or accessibility need.
I've had a fun career so far and hope to keep that going. Every step I've taken and every job I've had have lead me to here and prepared me in different ways. Retail taught me you never know what someone is going through and to approach every situation with positivity and kindness. IT staffing and recruiting taught me how to use my natural curiosity and desire to learn to find out every last requirement, spoken and unspoken that is needed for highly technical teams to succeed. Technical account management taught me to wear many more hats and how to see the bigger picture that connects everything within a system, whether that be an IT system, support system, client network, friends, or life in general. BPO sales has taught me there is no system, process, or environment that can't find room for improvement in a wholesome way (and that I'd much rather stay in a technical environment ;) ).
Want to start a conversation with me? Ask me anything, but here are a few things I love in addition to video games: cats, D&D/TTRPGs, anime, cosplay, Stargate, physics, coffee, steampunk, reading, and going to conventions
