After working as a developer for a number of years, in 2010 I became interested in Scrum and decided to try a new role as a Scrum Master, becoming certifed later that year. Since that time I have continued to work as a Scrum Master and work at improving my skills, including training in coaching, facilitation, and more advanced Scrum Master certifications.
