As a business analyst I work with people and teams in technology environments to understand what they need or want, and why.; what problems they have and how they currently go about solving those problems, so that I can help define possible solutions.

I have worked in several transformation, enhancement and maintenance projects spanning different industries, where I have demonstrated and used strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and helped teams prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment. I am skilled in inception, elaboration and implementation of computer systems (web/mobile), with hands-on experience in software testing and software development.
